What that works out to per person.
The price is one flat fee for the whole room up to 15 people, so the per-person cost drops as the room fills up.

For comparison, putting 10 people through one 1:1 session each would run $2,500 at $250 a session. A half day gets the same 10 people set up together for $1,500, and they leave using the same tools and the same habits.
What you're paying for
Every workshop is planned around your team's real work, so nobody spends the morning on toy examples. Everyone's AI tools get installed, signed in and connected to the systems you already use, like Jira, docs and email. Then we run your team's most common tasks with AI together, and each person uses it on a real task from their own job with us alongside.
The full day adds an afternoon build on your team's biggest workflow, a shared team playbook (prompts, review rules, and what stays human) and breakouts by role for devs, analysts and managers.
After either format you get a written recap of the setups and prompts from the day, plus 30 days where your team can message us when a prompt stops working or a new tool shows up.
Half day or full day?
Pick the half day if one team needs to get set up and moving on its daily work.
Pick the full day if you want something built by the end of it; it's the better fit when one workflow eats most of the team's week and you want it running before everyone logs off.
Already rolled out Claude?
That's the most common reason teams book. The licenses are paid for, a couple of people use Claude well, and everyone else still works the old way. We run the workshop on the tools you already pay for, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or a mix. Costs people forget to ask about
- Extra seats. Past 15 people, add $100 per person. Nothing else changes.
- Travel. Only applies to an on-site full day, and it's quoted separately.
- Payment timing. One invoice for the format you picked; half holds your date and the rest is due on workshop day.

No. We set up each person's tools with them and match the exercises to their role, from sales and operations to finance and support.
