Who it's for.
Advisory fits when AI is already in the building, but nobody owns where it goes next.
What's included.
Everything a standing AI advisor should give you, in writing, every month.
A working session with Mitchell to review what's moving, what's stuck and what to do next.
Notes and an action list with owners after every session, ready to share with your team.
Ask on Slack or email and hear back within one business day.
Send us a quote, a proposal or a new tool. We send back a written read on fit, scope and price.
A plan tied to your business goals, updated every quarter so it never goes stale in a slide deck.
We look at the prompts, automations and agents your team has built and show you how to make them better.
Practical rules on data, approvals and approved tools that your team will actually follow.
A plain language summary of what AI is costing you, what it has delivered and what comes next.
How it works.
Useful from week one, then a steady rhythm.
We learn your business, where AI stands today and what you want from advisory. Then we tell you honestly whether it fits.
We review your workflows or carry over your audit, set up a shared channel and hold a kickoff session.
Standing sessions, written next steps and direct access in between.
A deeper session to refresh the roadmap, retire what's done and set the next quarter's priorities.

Team Advisory is $60,000 a year. A full time AI engineer runs about $142,000 in base salary before benefits, and a Chief AI Officer far more.

Our team does the work. You work with me directly.
I'm Mitchell Moses, founder of OperatorZero. I spent eight years building enterprise systems and I work on real AI builds every day. I lead your sessions and answer your questions. Our team handles builds and workshops, so you always know who to call.
Questions.
The things people ask on the first call.
How is this different from hiring a Chief AI Officer?
You get senior direction on AI at a fraction of the cost of a full time hire, with no recruiting and no long commitment. When you outgrow us, we'll help you hire that person.
Who will we actually work with?
Mitchell, our founder, leads your sessions and answers your questions. Our team handles builds and workshops, so you always know who to call.
We already pay for ChatGPT or Copilot. Why do we need you?
Most teams have the licenses and use them for a fraction of what they could. We find the workflows where AI saves real hours, help you build them into your tools, and make sure people actually use them.
Do you build things under the retainer?
Advisory is direction and support. Team Advisory includes up to 8 hours of hands on work a month. Anything bigger gets a written scope and a fixed price before work starts.
Do we need the workflow audit first?
Most clients start with the audit or a build, so advisory picks up from a clear plan. You can also start advisory straight from the free call.
What can we ask between sessions?
Tool and vendor questions, prompt and workflow reviews, quick decisions and anything leadership is being asked about AI. We agree the boundaries on the first call so nobody is surprised.
Are you tied to one AI vendor?
We're an OpenAI Select Partner and a member of the Claude Partner Network, and we'll still tell you when another tool fits better.
Do we need technical people?
No. We explain everything in plain language and match the advice to the team you have.
Can we cancel?
Yes. It runs month to month with 30 days notice. The retainer has to earn its place every month.
